Chick-fil-A Leader Academy is a leadership development program designed to help high school students grow into confident, responsible, and service-minded leaders. Through engaging activities, real-world challenges, teamwork, and service projects, students will learn how to lead themselves and others with purpose.

Students will explore topics such as communication, goal setting, teamwork, problem-solving, character, responsibility, servant leadership, and making a positive impact in their community. The program encourages students to recognize their unique strengths, step outside their comfort zones, and put leadership skills into action.

This is more than a class about leadership—it is an opportunity for students to build confidence, develop practical skills, serve others, and prepare for future success in college, the workplace, and their communities.
